I love these book and can't wait for New Moon to come out in theaters November 20!
CF health wise I am still doing great but I woke up this morning and I have my joint pains again. It used to spring up like once a year and now it seems like every few months my joints hurt and I hate it. The last time I went to Target I was looking at Glucosamine pills thinking that might help but I didn't buy them because I wasn't sure. Does anyone else ever have joint pains and if so what do you do??

Hey Jen,
Sorry about your joint pain. I had CF Arthritis pre-transplant. It went away immediately when I got my new lungs. They put me on Vioxx, which helped tremendously, but after about 2 weeks, we found out I was allergic to it. Have you asked your doctor about possibly putting you on some kind of anti-inflammatory like Celebrex (they have since discontinued Vioxx)?
In recent years, I have gotten fibromyalgia. I've recently started an anti-depressant for depression and for the fibro. Believe it or not, that's the best treatment for it.
If you aren't sure exactly what is causing it, maybe you could get an appointment with a rheumatologist. I'm sure your CF doc could recommend one.
Awesome about the Twilight Fever!!! I've had it for 2 years now!! haha. I have read Twilight twice and all the others once. I'm going to read New Moon again before the movie comes out for sure. :)
